LINE 17 (GOLD) SÃO PAULO MONORAIL
Line 17 (Gold) is the South Zone monorail of São Paulo, linking Morumbi (interchange with Line 9, Emerald) with Congonhas Airport, with an interchange with Line 5 (Lilac) at Campo Belo and a branch to Washington Luís. Line 17 (Gold) Timetable
Line 17 (Gold) has been open since 31 March 2026 (Washington Luís station since 30 June 2026) and is still in a transition phase with no fare charged. Since 30 September 2026 it runs Monday to Saturday, 6:00 to 22:00, with trains every 9 minutes on average; there is no service on Sundays. Hours change often during this phase, so check the current timetable with the Metrô before you travel.

Line 17 (Gold) route
Line 17 (Gold) is 6.7 km long with 8 stations. Trains run between Morumbi and Aeroporto de Congonhas; a separate train serves the branch between Brooklin Paulista and Washington Luís, changing at Brooklin Paulista. These are the stations in service:

Line 17 (Gold) transfers
Line 17 (Gold) connects with Line 9 (Emerald) at Morumbi station and with Line 5 (Lilac) at Campo Belo station, and it serves Congonhas Airport. The planned links with Line 4 (Yellow) at São Paulo-Morumbi and Line 1 (Blue) at Jabaquara depend on future phases of the project, with no date yet.

8 stations are in service: Morumbi, Chucri Zaidan, Vila Cordeiro, Campo Belo, Vereador José Diniz, Brooklin Paulista, Aeroporto de Congonhas and, on the branch, Washington Luís (opened on 30 June 2026). The line is run provisionally by the Metrô; the concession has been awarded to Motiva Trilhos.
